Beginners Book Binding at the Hallberg Center for the Arts

Join us for a Beginner Book Binding Workshop where you’ll learn to create your very own booklet using the pamphlet stitch technique! In class you'll master the pamphlet stitch binding method with pre-cut paper for a seamless crafting experience. All of the materials are provided, and you will take home a beautifully crafted travelers booklet! Date/Time: November 9th,  12:30 pm -2:30 pm Class Cost: $10 - A portion of this class has been paid for with a grant Ages: 13+ Class Size: 2-16 Instructor:  MaryAnn Cleary, a native Montanan and accomplished Chemical Engineer, has woven her love of fine art into every aspect of her life. Mary Ann works in oils and  pastels, and will have an exhibit hanging in the gallery from October 24 - Saturday, November 16.After class Mary Ann will be available to discuss her artwork if students choose.  MaryAnn Cleary is a fiscal year 2024 recipient of a Creative Individuals grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board. This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
